The worse experience at an inn. The place is a complete mess. The wall paper is falling of the wass all over the room, the carpet is so dirty when I stepped into the tub black water came out from under my feet, the bathroom door frame is falling off the wall, holes in the bathroom door. When I closed the front door I was still able to see outside from the spaces between the door and the door frame. I couldn't sleep I was so uncomfortable. I should be compensated for this.

Disgusting, dirty. Should be condemned.

The room was so horrible and it’s such deplorable conditions that it felt disgusting even being inside that room because the room was nonrefundable. I just made another reservation at another hotel Motel in Newcastle, which was much better but sunrise Inn needs to be condemned. It’s just horrible. They should not be allowing people to stay in those rooms.

It's like living in the projects. People live on the premise permanently. There are beds on the outside, old furniture. Just horrible. Can't wait for morning to come to leave.

The area was unsafe. The property had rooms emptied into the parking lot for renovation? Apparently illegal activity is a problem in this area and in the parking lot.

This property was in absolute terrible condition. I walked into the room and was instantly assaulted by the smell of sweat. I walked into the bathroom and the toilet had visible poop stains on the seat. The floor and bathtub were filled with dirt and grime. Dirty towels were the only ones available. There was only an empty soap wrapper for amenities. The wallpaper was peeing and dirty. The smoke alarm was on the dresser with the batteries out. This place was deplorable.

We switched rooms 3 times. The 1st room had roaches and bed bugs. The 2nd room had dirty sheets and dirty towels and used bars of soap. The 3rd room was bad also. It had ants, spiders and hair on the sheets qnd dirty towels. In all of the rooms, the bathtube was dirty. The floors were dirty. The sink and counter was dirty and looked like it was never cleaned. The lamps were broken. The cutains were all ripped up and didnt close all of the way. We went the property needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I will NEVER stay here again.

Other than the random crackheads, it wasn’t a terrible place for a quick sleep. It’s a nice place to visit but not recommended staying for a long period of time. People were doing lines on dressers in front of children in the parking lot. Complaining that other people had food and they didn’t. There’s a major pothole that my wife had to tell me every time we left the building in the middle of the parking lot it would swallow our car. Bathrooms had mold in them and none of the furniture was correct but the staff was great. You can get away with just about anything there.
