This Hotel is near the airport but in an area that overlooks wasteland. My poor review is based on that i paid for a room with a balcony (that i paid extra for ) and got a room without one. The only answer i got was no room available with balcony, but they then refused to refund the extra i had paid. I wonder how many others have been duped this way ? The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Will not be recommending nor returning here.

The man behind the reception was exceptionally helpful after I left my bag in a local bistro with passports in. He made telephone calls, sent WhatsApp, walked around to the closed Bistro with me offering help and support. Thank you so much. Said bag was located and safe flight home followed.

Great value for a basic sleepover

We have stayed here a few times now as it's near the airport. It's a basic but comfortable place for a stopover. The room was clean, small sachets of toiletries were given. There is a hairdryer. Air con very good. There is a fridge in reception which you can buy drinks from. There are other snacks available to buy. Breakfast is available for a fee. Parking is free outside on the street. Good WiFi. Walkable in to town for bars and restaurants. 5 mins drive from airport.

One night stay

Ok for a one night stay before a flight but the hotel room was not clean and there were many squashed mosquitoes on the walls . Obviously someone had smoked in our allocated room as the smell of cigarette smoke was bad but the owners tried to hide this with plug in air fresheners . Aircon worked well and the shower was powerfully. Some nice Spanish bars just around the corner .

We were very late arriving due to problems with the car hire at Alicante airport but the night receptionist was very good even at 03.30 am when we eventually arrived

Good location for airport

Great choice for early morning flight as 5 minutes from Alicante airport Basic room but very clean no facilities for a drink in room so make sure you have water If not leaving early you can get coffee etc in reception area Taxi booked for airport by reception team
