Central location, helpful staff, clean room and good breakfast offering. My room was quiet despite "lively evening" in the surrounding streets - 3rd floor (room 309 I think)... Only surprise was the firm bed, but had good nights sleep despite.

This is a very nice hotel, centrally located on the Gran Via with a metro stop just outside. It also had a couple of well known clothing stores nearby which was very handy. The breakfast was unbeatable, staff very friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Only issue for me was that it is quite a large hotel with lots of guests which could be a bit overwhelming at times. Otherwise five stars.

The Hotel is part of Hotels.com VIP program. That got us free parking and a free bottle of wine (plus great rate). This was our first stay in Spain or Europe. They set the bar high with a super clean hotel, Very nice staff. It has a great bar and restaurant.
