This is a very nice hotel, centrally located on the Gran Via with a metro stop just outside. It also had a couple of well known clothing stores nearby which was very handy. The breakfast was unbeatable, staff very friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Only issue for me was that it is quite a large hotel with lots of guests which could be a bit overwhelming at times. Otherwise five stars.

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Parking is a problem in the old town but there were enough spaces in the hotel car park. Large, comfortable rooms which were very quiet. Staff were very friendly and it was a lovely stay."
