My knees.

We stayed on a friday night. I had procedures done on both of my knees the tuesday before. I had no idea the dr had that aggressive of a procedure when we booked the room. Anyway, i called the the night before, thursday, asking if they had a bottom gloor room or something close to the door so i wouldnt have to walk as far. They put us on the 4th floor, damn near the furthest from the front door. Who the hell does that? I asked for a wheelchair. No wheelchair. I pretty much used the luggage buggy as a walker because it was that far from the door. We had a handicap sticker for the car but those parking spots were all taken also. My 2 cents. Loved the place but we will not stay again.

Hampton Inn

This was an overnight stop on a longer trip. I have stayed at this hotel before and have always been pleased with the staff and the room. Marcia, at the front desk, was exceptional. The coffee and breakfast was good too. The room was comfortable and clean.

Hampton Inn

For an overnight stay on a longer trip, this hotel was perfect. It is off the freeway, but not too close. The room was nice. The staff was excellent, especially the night staff at check-in. I did not catch the woman's name but she even walked me to my room and showed me a place where I could walk my dogs. The breakfast was good in the morning too.

I came out from California to see my family and the one thing they asked was to go swimming...the pool door wouldn't open n we waited almost 30 minutes for it to get opened and it wasn't...I was told I would get my stay refunded but no one ever got back with me...this is after Expedia changed the booking date on me and I had to pay 2 nights...not happy

Give me a Break

Heater in room was broken, and it was 40 degees out. The outlets on the nightstand between the beds was broken. Very inconvenient for anyone with a cell phone. The window shade was broken and could not close completely. The lights were shining in from outside.
