A Touch of Grace

Amazing! Great room and the food was excellent! The staff were on pace and advised me immediately of any changes. I loved my suite. The mattress and pillows were a little rough, but i made it through. One thing: you need more lights in the parking lot. It was a little scary when at night i went from the parking lot to the entrance.

Horrilbe stay

Waterpark was closed , bot advertised online or while booking. Also no housekeeping service we stayed two nights, no fresh towels and the shampoo and confitioner provided were of terrible quality. The quality of this hotel had really come down, really unfortunate.

They said the WiFI was free and you had to sign up for a hotel’s membership and then it didn’t work properly. And this is a business based hotel, and we business travelers leave early before 8am when breakfast is ready.

Loved the location of this airport hotel! Was really surprised by the amenities… They had a waterpark, pool, hot tub, and small gym. Unfortunately, we left too early to enjoy the breakfast, but the service was excellent for our short stay.

Find a Place

All i would like is for the Gift Shop be moved. It is too small, not onky for customers, but fir the sales person who works there. It looks.like turmoil.

A bit tired

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the whole area is in need of renovation which apparently they are doing. It was very hard and time consuming to find the ice machine which was a long ways from our room. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud. Breakfast was a bit strange as the hot items didn’t get put out until just before 8. We are early risers so had cereal and yogurt at 7:30 and were the only people there.
