MY ROOM WAS CANCELED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO. I had reservations and they some hoe didn't accept my confirmation #. The lady at the front desk was so rude and had so much attitude it was shocking. She literally called me a liar when I said I had a confirmation # and grabbed my phone from my hand to see it. When she saw it she said it wasn't real. I was so upset I snatched my phone back and left.
