I am upset because we specifically asked for a handicap room as we have a wheelchair bond they put us on the 4th floor with no handicap accessibility and when asked to accommodate they said they couldn’t till the next day which we had a flight

This place is close to the airport and the staff was very friendly but the room was kind of ghetto for the price. It’s in the process of being renovated and it needs it. Probably wouldn’t stay here again until after renovations considering that for a few dollars more a night I could have stayed at a nearby hotel which is way nicer.

Uncomfortable

Wyndham El Paso is without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Very outdated and dirty. Taking a shower was a nightmare due to the disgusting conditions of it. The drain was clogged so while I attempted to take a shower, the water started to immediately fill up the tub making all the hairs and dirt that were stuck come up. Moving up to the bed, I noticed a funky smell on the sheets that just kept me awake most of the night. Last but not least… during our 3 day stay no one bother to come and clean or refresh our towels almost like housekeeping was non existent. The only convenience of it it’s the walking distance from the airport. So please, save your money and don’t fall for this scam of a “hotel”.

We stayed here cause it was close to the airport and asked for a handicap room because my dad doesn’t get around very well, the handicap rooms were the farthest you can get from the parking lot, also the handicap rooms seem like they were playing wheelchair racing derby’s.

Location, location, location!

Convenient. Steps away from the ELP airport terminal, and they offer very reasonable long term parking for trips up to 14 days. It's clean, comfortable, usually sensibly priced, and the restaurant has great food. This is a great place when you have an early morning flight out or a night time return.
