Amazing comfort and hospitality of staff.

Very comfortable bed, coverings, sheets and pillows. Slept all night like a baby and awoke fully and completely refreshed in the morning. Ms. Patel at front desk was especially pleasant and gracious.

This is a budget hotel - but for the price we thought it was excellent. The room was small and the beds weren't the most comfortable in the world but everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was hearty and tasty. The outdoor pool area was beautifully kept. I would stay there again.

The worst! Horrible customer service, cockroaches on the floor, refused to use the bathroom and had to go to another hotel. They would not refund us because they said if we used the bed. We didn’t use the bed we laid on top Of the bed to get off the floor. Never again! Don’t stay here you will regret it

The staff is very helpful depending on your status or how well you know them or their mood. Although my early check in fee was comped. It came after waiting for an hour for my room in the lobby and someone without a reservation walking up and getting a room quickly. Don't use the candy machines as they steal your money and management has no clue as to hot to refund your money or contact the non existent company that refills their machines. How do you offer an airport shuttle but it only runs from 7am to 10am? Tried to get an airport shuttle at check out at 11am but was no longer running.

We came into town for a concert and unfortunately this was one of the last hotels left. As we came into the lobby to check in, an older lady was yelling at the front desk people about how disgusting and filthy her room was. I felt bad for the front desk people and figured maybe she was being over dramatic. I was so so wrong. We came into our room and there was a smooshed roach STILL STUCK TO THE WALL with the black shoe print outline. There was a literal handprint black stain on our curtains, blood or mold, not sure, the sheets were stained, the floor turned our feet black, the shower had hair from either housekeeping or previous tenant, it REEKS like cigarettes. Apparently there are still smoke friendly rooms in Texas. We bought our own bug spray, Lysol and Clorox wipes and still left the room cleaner than we found it. Great location though. I think what bothers me is housekeeping doesn’t care and it SHOWS. Management is aware but does nothing apparently. Also when we checked out, she didn’t even bother asking how our stay was and I didn’t bother telling her. They’re perfectly aware of how nasty their property is.

Would not even give 1 star!! Place was so gross!! Someone elses body fluids were on the bedding and the door lock did not work! I'm not sure if the tissue was stuck in the door by a previous guest or Super 8's way of fixing the hole in the door that goes outside! I asked for a different room but the lady said she didnt have any available. She didnt seem to care, apologize or help me find a different place!

Worst Experience

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever been to or seen. The customer service is impolite and judgmental. The first room I went to had a super dirty bathtub full of hair and dirt. I got switched to a different room and that room had roaches! Pee & blood all over the bottom of the toilet seat. There was half a granola bar on the side of the bed and the bed sheets has slices in them as if they were stabbed with a knife. It was frightening & unsanitary and a huge waste of $84. I would’ve rather had spent $100 on a way better hotel that is actually clean. The second rooms restroom was worst then the first one. It was so bad I had to walk to the nearest store to comfortably use the restroom. I feel like I was robbed from my money due to the lack of sleep lack of sanitation & of fear from roachs. Don’t forget all furniture is stained by who knows what. SUPER UNSANITARY.

The property is big and your room can be so far away from main office and breakfast room. The room was clean but not bathroom. Breakfast is good. Bed was with old mattress, not comfortable, hang down in the middle. Price is good for this type of room.

Check in took 40 minutes at 4pm. There were a few guests in line. Although there were 2 people behind the counter when I got there, one left after he helped the guest in front of him. She had 5 people in line!! The room was comfy and clean.
