Room was basically OK after adequate toilet paper was provided. Only problem was that refrigerator lacked a freezer compartment. Coffee was bad and breakfast was skimpy. Price of room made up for shortcomings.

La habitación estaba súper sucia, con manchas en la alfombra y olía muy mal, la calefacción no funcionó y pedimos cobijas y nos dijeron que no tenían!! Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación en la madrugada, al día siguiente fuimos a desayunar y no había nada y aún no era hora del cierre y no se nos proporcionó más! El segundo día pasó lo mismo con el desayuno! Preguntamos en recepción y solo nos pidieron disculpas pero no nos proporcionaron ni leche, muy ma servicio y horribles instalaciones

Most horrible hotel I've seen in this country. Filthy stained rug floor. Filthy broken walls and doors. Bathtub stained and dirty. Mirrors stained and dirty. Shower curtain ripped. No soap whatsoever. No washcloths. Lamps not properly fastened to wall. Slanted. Sheets ripped. No blankets horrible pillows. Worn out mattress. Expedia should never post this place.

Black mold in the bathroom , paint peeling and hanging off the walls in the bathroom. Half of the lights above the bathroom sink were out. AC wasn’t working when we arrived and they did get that working but completely ignored the requests to switch rooms due to mold. Breakfast was included? All I saw was crusty bagels and cereal.
