Just bad!

Not good! Toilet wouldn't flush you had to try it multiple times and Breakfast they didn't have creamer for coffee.Waffle machine was there could make any. Ice machine didnt work.

A/C was great!!!! BUT, Room was dirty, doors stained, urine on toilet seat, dirt and stain on bath tub rim. Bed was comfortable, shower had plenty of pressure. Light coming thru an adjacent door that connected room to another - didnt feel safe- but it was late and only one night.

We have to change rooms 3 times due to cigarette smell in two rooms and door locked up in one. Fortunately the young lady at front desk was very helpful. She even waited to make sure the last room she found was in good condition for us. There is this very stinky smell outside all around the hotel😬

Unfortunatelly, it was an unpleasant stay. The bathroom in our room seem dirty because the bath area had rust and what it felt like some of mold or something like that, also the provided towels where staind. This is the first time that this hotel, has let me down in such a big way. It is most likely that I will no longer use it.

When i checked in I only received 1 key. I had a co worker who stayed with me but i didn't get them their own for a particular reason. At some point in time, the co worker went down to front desk and was able to retrieve a key by word of mouth only. Wasnt asked for ID. Their name was nowhere listed as guest. They were simply asked what room & who's name its in. So i then myself went to front desk and ask for a key. At this time there was a different shift. Just llike co worker, i wasn't asked for any identification. Only what room and name on room. At no time, under any situation do i feel like this is acceptable. At that moment i felt very unsafe and the person working front desk look at it as if it wasn't anything for me to be upset or bothered about. Dont no if i will ever be staying at another one of you guys hotels anywhere again!

They are charge of "I do know what" and after that they will return my money between 3-5 days. C'mon man, they are doing and extra capital gain with that money. Who are assuring that after a leavev the property they inventing a damage? I went several times to that hotel with out any issue, they must have a revord to release a good tenant of that charge.

Room was horrible bathroom was dirty bed sheets were dirty there was bugs on the pillow. I’m not one to complain but this room was in very bad condition remodeling the rooms won’t hurt.
