Parking was safe but the secure lock on our room door was missing a piece so if someone had a key they could come on in. Hair in the laboratory and on a towel. Room hadn't been given a good dusting in a long time. Bedside lamp outlet/switch was sticky. Breakfast was very disappointing. They said it was 6 to 10. We went little passed 8. Food items were empty. Coffee was empty. We ate cereal and muffins then went to fast food place for coffee. Upon arrival for checkin at 3:30 pm, we were told our room wasn't ready so they put us in another one.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. Breakfast each morning was great. We needed to add a roll away bed after the reservation was initially made and they changed our room to accommodate that request with no issue. I did ask for someone to lubricate the hinges on our bathroom door due to the squeak, but it wasn't done, so I did take care of it myself.
