Fiesta time

Our suite was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We've never slept better. It is located at a convenient location. The staff was wonderful & nice. The complementary breakfast was delicious , the weather was beautiful for our family visit. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place

This is a great place to stay. We had plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen to prepare meals in and had room to sit and visit with family. A few cover plates need to be adjusted and outlets need to be flush with the wall for use. The breakfast is just okay.

We booked a suite with 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. The down stairs bathroom had no cold water. Maintenance was unable to fix at the time because they did not have the part needed to repair it until the next following working day (and it was Saturday). Front desk did not asked if we wanted to move rooms, neither did they offer a discount after learning about the situation. When I asked for a discount at check out for the inconvenience of not having cold water in one of the showers, the lady at the front desk said it was out of her hands and she could not give us a discount because we booked thru a third party. I asked to speak to the manager, apparently he wasn't in that morning. 🙄 I tried calling Hotels.com and couldn't find a number on the app to call customer service. 😒 I personally do not recomend booking thru the app instead call directly to the hotel to avoid this type of situation.

Very good overall value for the money. Welcoming and professional service, well maintained property, good morning breakfast, free parking, at a convenient location. Our only complaint is we Luddites would rather tap a debit card than download yet another app to do our laundry. It was frustrating enough that we finally gave up.

It has great potential, but is a decent place to sleep vs being a nice place to stay. Very acceptable but not above 3/5 stars. Room above had kids running and it was very audible. The tv remote did not work. Would I stay again, yes, knowing what to expect, but it is not the 8.8 as rated.
