Excellent hotel. The staff is very courteous and always helpful. The rooms are simple simple but it's sparkling clean. The bathroom is ample with a nice hot water pressure.. We reserve the suite, which includes living room, a small dining table and chair, fridge and microwave and a sink. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times during 2025 and plan on returning during 2025.

The room was always clean. However, we got transferred because the toilet was overflowing with water that was about to flow into the room. Then, another thing happened. The room we transferred to had a door malfunction so we were locked out until 12 pm. It was remedied fast though, and overall we had a wonderful stay. I loved the breakfast.

Courteous staff. Moisés bedis always ready to lend a hand. The room was spotless, good and cold AC, hot water. Clean bathroom and very comfortable bed and high quality bedding. This review is for the suit with a King size bed. Highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel was most accommodating. The room was clean and the whole environment was safe at all times. I will be recommending this hotel to others who are planning a trip to Panama. It convenient and a 5minute walk to the El Dorado Mall. All the restaurants are withing walking distant and my family and I felt safe walking in the area. Please add more English speaking channels to your TV Guide, a movie channel would be nice, not just CNN and Fox News.
