Mature apartment (new exterior decoration for 2010) in lovely private, secure and well maintained grounds. A comfortable, convenient 2 bedroom, (New lounge suite with popups Nov 2025), (New high speed fibre broadbandinstalled Nov 2025), (New large walk in shower installed) 1st floor, air-conditioned (new system 2008) and heated apartment, (New kitchen), Satellite UK Smart TV (new 2023). Fully double glazed 2015, with lift service. A swimming pool (re-tiled and new steps installed for 2012 season) is available for the use of apartment guests and a safe sheltered cove is yards away. A sprinkling of friendly restaurants and bars in the village square immediately behind the apartment are very reasonably priced most offering fantastic value menu del dia. Car Parking is on the square. The local supermarket and railway station are both close by (less than 5 mins walk). Trains from Alicante, El Campello, Benidorm, Altea and Denia run on a regular basis every half hour and during the summer months an extended service is available, The Tram train is a very swift, economical way of traveling up and down this very scenic coast.

Comfortable spacious apartment with peekaboo sea views. Can hear the waves from the balcony. Responsive host. Dependable highspeed internet. Well stocked kitchen. One minute walk to the cove. Lots of restaurants across the street. Short walk to Coveta Fuma tram station and small supermarket.

Excellent location & specious apartment

The apartment is spacious although if decor is important to you, it could do with a refresh. Very nice patio ideal to sunbathe on. Bed comfy. Problem at times with locks around site being a struggle to open as barrels appear worn. Nice pool. Short walk to beach. Several good restaurants across the road and one not so good. Close to shop and tram. Very good value for money.

The house was exactly like the description, calming neighbourhood but the only thing wrong is that the WiFi is not so good, nice pool so i recommend this place to relax.

Great holidays

The flat was great, very clean and tidy, well equipped with oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and cafetière. It had everything you need to go to the beach. Two air con units, amazing. There are bars and restaurants at the other side of the road. Waking distance little beach, perfect for families. Great massive swimming pool perfectly looked after. Nice neighbourhood and pleasant people. Really really happy. We had a great time. Totally recommended.

happy days in the south of spain

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, alle erforderlichen Utensilien waren vorhanden (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr etc). Die Heizung mit der Splitklimaanlage hat auch ausreichend gut funktioniert, da es gelegentlich doch kälter war. Wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung, die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr (Verbindung nach Alicante) war dank der Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe bestens, wir können diese Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiterempfwehlen.weiterempfehlen

Perfetto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Appartamento fornito di tutto. Ottima la piscina di ritorno dal mare. La sorpresa è la spiaggia davanti a pochi passi. La prima parte più vicina solo per chi vuole affittare canoe o tavole con remi. La seconda parte quella relativamente più lontana eccezzionale!!! Sabbia fine mare calmo acqua bassa per i primi 30 metri perfetta per bambini. Acqua trasparente trasparente, maschera imprescindibile pesci granchi e ricci.

La ubicación muy buena en una cala tranquila y muy familiar, la estancia con todo tipo de servicios, lavadora, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavavajillas, nevera pequeña pero hace su función, tendedero... Cosas para la playa, para niños y adultos. Todo muy bueno. Recomendable. David contesta muy rápido y muy amable.

Buen apartamento sin apartamento.

El apartamento esta repintado y el comedor está mejor que en las fotos. Es un primero. Está limpio y dispone de un buen menaje. El mobiliario de la terraza es mejorable. La urbanización es cómoda y la piscina está bien. Hay una tienda cerca para lo más imprescindible. No dispone de plaza de aparcamiento. Hay que aparcar en la calle. En frente hay una placita con unas 15 plazas. Los festivos puede costar aparcar. El propietario responde rápidamente a los correos. La playa más cercana es muy cómoda, tranquila y no está masificada, ideal para ir con niños pequeños, pero a veces llega mal olor de algún desagüe.
