Amazing 5 star property

You will not beat this property, its views and the overall architect designed inside and outside features. Everything is recently supplied top end furniture throughout and many balconies, 4 beds rooms, bathrooms etc. Beautiful pool and pool facilities chairs loungers etc. Special beach bar area for entertaining.. Huge kitchen, good aircon.. One of the best properties around, you need a car for restaurants shopping etc. Lots of stairs as the property has 4 levels.

The house was incredible! Literally hanging over the Mediterranean Sea. We went with 2 other couples.There are 2 delicious restaurants within walking distance that we ate at several times. Also did a Paella cooking class in Alicante where we visited the biggest market in Spain. Took the train to Valencia one day. We are already planning when I can come back. Check in with Anja was very easy. Thank you!

Beautiful Villa

This is our third time in the villa but the first since the renovation, which has only made the villa even better. Beautiful views, very modern and clean property, we will happily return in the future. Big thanks to Anja, who was brilliant and very helpful and the same to Liesbeth who again was very helpful prior to our stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect week to celebrate 60th birthday

Beautiful villa and position. Restaurant within easy walking distance. Lovely pool and being able to have it heated made it a perfect temperature. Unable to initially connect to wifi as information given wasn't correct, but our queries with this & where to empty the bins were answered very quickly.

A Really Special Property

Such a great villa that exceeded all our expectations. Great layout with a lovely range of outdoor areas to enjoy. Everything felt new and super clean. Incredible uninterrupted views of the ocean and the light at sunset was simply stunning. A really special place to stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope that we can return one day.

Breathtaking views

Absolutely stunning villa. Decor and furnishings to a very high standard. The views were amazing even purchased some binoculars to watch the world go by and managed to also see dolphins which was a bonus. The villa had everything needed for a wonderful holiday if I was to say anything negative it would be the 33 stairs to reach the floor from the pool with a bathroom. The first floor above the pool only has access to outdoor seating area and entry to the house into the utility room. The second floor has a beautiful open plan kitchen dinner and living space with a further outdoor dinning area. The beds were super comfortable which is a bonus! Anja the housekeeper was wonderful. There are two local restaurants and a small store in walking distance to the property which we used on a couple of occasions. El Campello is approx 12 mins drive and has an array of bars and restaurants and a lovely beach area. Spanish supermarket and Aldi is also very close by but a car is needed.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

The villa was absolutely beautiful with so many lovely spots for hanging out. The pool area was amazing, great loungers and parasols for lazing around on. The view from the terrace outside the kitchen is stunning. It was very easy to arrange to get keys etc and all communication was fab. We ate in the restaurant at El Portet a couple of nights which was pleasant. But you need a car to get around and to beaches etc.

Amazing Villa

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and it is even better this time with the improvements that have been made. We cannot fault the villa, everything is of the highest standard. The pool is amazing as well as the views from the villa. Being able to park my car in the garage was an added bonus.

Perfect getaway for a family vacation

We were looking for a property where we could spend the bulk of our vacation and this villa delivered. Very clean, with lots of light, great views of the sea and multiple areas to relax. On top of everything else, the swimming pool was great and very private.

Beautiful house overlooking the Mediterranean Sea

A beautiful multi-storey house with views of the Mediterranean. Equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, an extensive kitchen and other facilities such as washing machine, dryer and air conditioning. The house is like new, clean and the contacts with the owner are excellent. A small problem with the water drainage was solved immediately. The house is located in a quiet area. Facilities such as shops and nightlife are some distance away, so a car or other means of private transport is necessary.

Exceeded Expectation

We were a large family group travelling in mid October and we found this villa to be outstanding. Fabulous first line 180 degree view with amazing sunsets and sunrises. We had the pool heated, definitely worthwhile. We didn't hire a car this time, just used Ziptransfers to airport (alicante) and back (about 30 mins) and used Carrefour Spain online groceries for most of our shopping. Just note that Carrefour deliveries may be late or early, not nearly the accurancy we are used to in Ireland! First delivery was 4 hours late and next one was 7 hours early! However this was still a great idea for us with the bulk of water, wine, beer, bread, vegetables and pantry items delivered to our door. Excellent! Note that the villa has no inventory of food , except some condiments and spices. There is no shower gel/shampoo or soap or laundry/dishwashing products. The host leaves a welcome bottle of wine. Anja was great, we had to call her a couple of times for help and she was quick to reply and very helpful. She was there to meet us on arrival and very kindly arranged to be there a little earlier to suit our flight arrival time. The villa is magnificent. 1 bedroom with ensuite on the main floor, with a separate toilet beaside the outside bar area, 2 bedrooms upstairs with ensuite , one double without ensuite and a separate single toilet in the hall. The double without ensuite has to use the ensuite in either bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, 3 sinks! - 2 fridges, one with an 1/3 freezer box, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has been beautifully furnished with a sea theme with lovely bright rooms with access onto multiple viewing galleries. A large outside table was used every night and we really enjoyed these large evening meals as the sun went down. The little bar area was great fun, equipped with a gas bbq and another sink. There is a small supermarket across the way witha couple of resturants, but we didnt eat there - we had so much Carrefour groceries and we took turns to cook! The younger ones walked over for a few bits and pieces from the shop, but it didn't have a huge range of produce. Finally I would say it was a gorgeous villa, quite a few steps to be careful on, but we would all recommend this gorgeous bright and luxurious villa in the sun.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

This place is simply gorgeous, just as good, if not even better than the photos with everything you could need, we stopped on the way from the airport at Aldi, stocked up and spent 5 days lazing by the pool gazing out at sea. would highly recommend. Great comms with the owner, gave it a 3 for check in as we were expecting to be met on our arrival by the housekeeper but she was not there, but we rung her and followed her instructions to access the property with no problems. Would definitely return.

Absolutely Loved Villa Felipe!

Wonderful property. Thank you Liesbeth for having such an amazing place available for others to enjoy. The location is close enough to Alicante for trips into the “city” but far enough out to enjoy the tranquil beauty and quietness of the Mediterranean Sea. We had great weather despite it being winter and completely enjoyed the home and all the wonderful amenities. You will find a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living space with relaxing terraces and a well designed pool area. Highly recommend!

Perfect New Years Holiday

We did a short getaway during New years, and had a wonderful stay. The house is a lot bigger than we expected and the views are just breathtaking. We will especially remember having a Aperitif by the outside bar/lounge area on New years day, just perfect with almost 20 degrees sunshine, and what a cozy little corner it is, one of many by the way! The only but I can come up with is regarding the BBQ, and it is more of a suggestion rather than a criticism. We could not find any utensils to clean the Grill with, like a steel brush, and something to scope out the Ashes with. I think it would also be safer and cleaner with a Gas BBQ, as the Charcoal makes a mess really fast, which is a shame since all decor and flooring is in very bright colors, but as mentioned, only a Suggestion. We will definitely return to this gem, thank you Liesbeth for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home! Best regards

This property was fantastic and the pictures were exactly what we got...breathtaking. We were even able to line up a few private dinners through the owners that was prepared by a local chef. The experience was well worth it. The only reason this isn't a 5 out of 5 stars is there was some miscommunication between the owners and the housekeeper. They were more inconveniences and in the bigger picture, not significant enough where we would hesitate going back ourselves or recommending to others.
