The apartment situated in Marchmont is a trendy area with local shops and bars and only a short stroll across the meadows to Edinburgh`s best attractions. It is the prefect base to explore the city.

This ground floor apartment with a private entrance and gardens offers:
a main bedroom with Super King-sized bed next door to a full bathroom,
bedroom 2 is a King Size and bedroom 3, next door to the shower room, offers a double/single bunk.

The apartment also offers a large lounge, kitchen/diner and a separate utility room, and outside there is a patio area with dining table and chairs for 6 and a rattan seating set for 4.

Marchmont:

A charming residential area, almost exclusively being made up of period houses and apartments, with shops bars and restaurants in the area. Marchmont is within a short walking distance of the many popular attractions that Edinburgh has to offer is an ideal location to stay.

We loved the neighborhood. The park nearby was pretty and there were a few cute pubs around the corner. The apartment had the loveliest artwork and was extremely comfortable. We were even able to get in early which was wonderful.

Stay here and nowhere else! This gorgeous flat has everything you need! It has original charm with modern updates and amenities. It is walking distance to almost all major attractions and was easy to access. The neighborhood was safe and quaint. Honestly, the coziness and decor of the flat was the best part.
