We were in room 7 and were so happy with how quiet the room was at night. It was clean, staff were friendly, and the location is great. Away from the business of the main tourist sites but close enough to walk to everything and close to tram stops to get around the city and to/from the airport. The breakfast was very good, the hotel was quiet, and the room was very nice. It is in a good location. If you are parking, make sure you take note of the location in the email they send out. Parking is not on site, it is nearby but not a far walk at all. The location around the hotel is nice.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. The location is so perfect. You can walk anywhere from here. Also, it’s next to the tram and bus stations. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only problem we had was the toilet was not clean when we checked in. I alerted the front desk and they went right away and cleaned it for us.

This is a great economical option. Location was easily walkable to old town/Royal Mile and new town, Dean Village, etc. There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) but free breakfast was great. For those flying in overnight, the hotel will store your luggage until your room is ready.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating our early arrival which we very much appreciated. We had an issue with our room and the manager was not able to put us in a new room but went above and beyond to help us fix the problem.
