This was not our sort of property but it may work for others. Felt like student digs. The accommodation was a bit old. The area felt a bit dodgy. There was a communal kitchen.

We received a warm welcome from Anthony, he was really nice and provided good insights and what to do in the city. This was our first accommodations when we arrived and we could not ask for a better place. Well located, not to far from the city center by tram, in a quiet neighbor with all the commodities nearby.

Building is right on tram only street, so quiet for traffic at night. Closest tram stop is 4 min walk, and then 10-15 min ride into Edinburgh. Shared kitchen has all amenities for cooking. Beds are comfortable, bedding is super comfortable. Shower pressure is solid. Some restaurants within 5 min walk, with Tesco Superstore about 5 min away.
