This is a wonderful inn in historic Edenton Very walkable to shops, waterfront and restaurants. The innkeeper, Gigi, was very accommodating—even met us outside when we arrived and showed all around the property to be sure we felt comfortable. Morning breakfasts were so good out on the covered porch. Eve us out under the arbor or on the big front poetic were relaxing. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out. Fresh fruit and water are always available. If you go in summer, be sure to take bug spray—mosquitoes are hungry—especially in the evening! We would definitely stay again.

We were very well taken care of by Noah and Gigi the Innkeepers. We were there over Christmas and they even brought us dinner on Christmas day because all restaurants were closed and we were just going to eat something we had bought the day before. We will come back to this Inn and to Edenton soon.

I'm sorry to say this was our worst B&B experience. Our room (for which we paid nearly $500 for one night!) did not have a phone or a clock, and worst of all, no thermostat. We were prepared for cool temperatures for our December stay, but the room was much too hot (and there was nothing we could do about it). The breakfast in the morning (only available from 8:00 to 9:30) was prepared ahead of time (so cold when we got it) and was "take it or leave it". No options, no choices; just the $4 eggs and sausage Special from Denny's.

Property was beautiful although the bathroom was a bit outdated. However, it was very hot inside due to lack of thermostat, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Location is excellent and close to downtown restaurants and shopping.
