From the time we checked in until we left was a pleasurable experience. Staff friendly and very helpful with all our questions about the Echuca area. Walking distance to the paddle steamer area. Very clean facilities and a very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend this property.

Last minute booking for the Winter Blues Festival. Excellent service, friendly and polite and accommodating staff. Even rang me when I left my car lights on to see if they could switch them off for me. Our bed was also super comfy. Old fashioned service, make up your room daily if you require. Easy walk into the main part of town and to the wharf. No complaints. Would stay again. Thank you

Property was not clean. Had a smell and bugs and cob webs in corners of room. Felt really uncomfortable during the stay. Lucky was only there for one night. Would not recommend.
