Renovated 27m² apartment for 6 people. West-facing, with views of the platform and mountains.
The living room features a 160cm Rapido sofa bed, a large bay window with balcony access, a dining area, a television, and a wardrobe.
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking.
At the entrance, there are two single bunk beds (sleeps 4), a bathroom with a shower, sink, vanity unit, and hairdryer. Separate toilet.
Pets are not allowed.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (covered parking work). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person 18 years and older. Optional extras at preferential rates: bed linen and towel rental, and end-of-stay cleaning.
