Cozy chalet, very nicely renovated and perfectly equipped, with beautiful restaurant / reception area - we visited in the winter but would also love to see it in the summer! Great for families or groups of friends. Well situated.

A wonderful property mid way up the into the mountains. Cabin was a little small for our family of five. About 15 minutes to the Col d'Aubisque and 15 minutes down into Larun. It is a well placed property. The pool was a great way to relax after a day in the mountains. The hotel attendants were very nice, multi-lingual, and helpful.

Tout était parfait : La vue sur les montagnes depuis le chalet, la terrasse pour un déjeuner au soleil, la navette qui nous emmène en quelques minutes au pied des pistes de Gourette. L’ambiance cosy du chalet avec tout le nécessaire pour un très agréable séjour. Et de quoi se dépanner avec des bocaux ou autres produits , et un restaurant sur place.

Bel endroit

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans un chalet prestige qui était très bien équipé et confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Toutefois je pense que certaines choses pourraient être améliorées pour que le rapport qualité prix soit plus pertinent. Le tapis dans le salon est usé et taché, le canapé en tissu et les chaises sont aussi tâchés et ne donne pas trop envie de s'y asseoir. Nous avons mis des foutas dessus. Et les draps, bien que propres, avaient plein de petites taches noires. Le lino aussi étaient plein de petites tâches noires qui pourtant pouvaient s'enlever en frottant. Bref, quelques efforts à faire niveau entretien surtout pour le tarif élevé de la nuit mi-septembre. De plus nous avons eu des odeurs d'égouts dans la chambre et des petits vers dans le lit un soir qui étaient tombés d'une poutre. Nous l'avons signalé et nous avons eu des excuses mais aucun geste commercial pour autant. Je suis donc assez mitigée pour conseiller ce lieu, même si le cadre est magnifique, la piscine parfaitement équipée avec une vue époustouflante et le personnel très sympathique. Dernière précision, pas de clim dans les châlets et il a fait très chaud dans la chambre du haut alors que nous sommes mi-septembre, donc à éviter l'été je pense.

Emplacement et vue fantistiques !

Nous sommes venus en couple avec 1 bébé d’un an. Le lit parapluie et la chaise haute nous ont été mis à disposition. Les chalets sont très confortables et la décoration soignée, on s’y sent vraiment bien ! La cuisine et la salle de bain sont comme neuves et tres fonctionnelles. On ne manque de rien. Et le lit est PLUS que confortable. Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine car un peu froide (20 degrés) mais le cadre est idéal pour finir ses journées avec un petit cocktail ! L’accueil et le service sont irréprochables. Bref, je recommande. La vue sur les montagnes (quand le ciel est dégagé) est à couper le souffle. Si vous venez à Gourette, c’est ici qu’il faut séjourner !

Emplacement et vue fantistiques !

Nous sommes venus en couple avec 1 bébé d’un an. Le lit parapluie et la chaise haute nous ont été mis à disposition. Les chalets et la décoration sont super, on s’y sent vraiment bien ! La cuisine et la salle de bain sont comme neuves et tres fonctionnelles. On ne manque de rien. Et le lit est PLUS que confortable. On a dîné sur la terrasse les 2 soirs car bébé dormait mais l’hôtel propose un restaurant qui a l’air super. Nous avons profité de cocktails au bord de la piscine c’était un super moment. L’accueil et le service sont irréprochables. Bref, je recommande. La vue (quand le ciel est dégagé) est à couper le souffle : on l’a eu 1 matin sur les 2. L’hôtel est en pleine nature et à 5 min à peine des œufs pour aller se balader en famille… et « suffisamment » excentré du centre de Gourette qui je trouve manque un peu de charme !

en arrivant sur place on nous annonce que le restaurant n’est pas ouvert et qu’il n’y a pas non plus de petit déjeuner sur place … le minimum c’est de le préciser lors de la réservation… car compliqué de s’organiser … en arrivant nous trouvons un chalet propre, bien équipé mais cependant quelques détails laissent à désirer : plus d’eau chaude au bout de 3mn, machine à café défectueuse et les femmes d’entretien viennent nous réveiller à 9h alors que nous devons quitter le chalet à 10h…. bref nous sommes déçus de notre séjour et nous aurions aimé un geste de la part de l’établissement……..

Mooie accommodatie. Van binnen veel vernieuwd; van buiten nog renovatiewerk te doen. Centrale voorzieningen (oa zwembad) zijn heel prettig. Le séjour s’est bien passé,,le chalet est par lui-même très bien équipé et confortable…Mais ,,,,pour ce qui est de l’extérieur ( balcon,,terrasse et état des façades en bois ,, ) c’était très dégradé !! La télévision par fibre ne fonctionnait pas,, et la piscine et restaurant étaient en travaux !! Non accessibles !! Il faut ajouter qu’il a été promis un geste commercial à ce propos,, ce qui a été apprécié

Le site est actuellement en travaux. La piscine était ouverte mais le système de chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. D'énormes bennes de gravats étaient stationnées juste devant la porte et les fenêtres. La 1/2 douzaine de véhicules des artisans qui travaillaient sur le chantier faisait des A/R réguliers et étaient stationnée devant le cottage.

Séjour dans un beau cadre au calme

Situation des gîtes face à la montagne avec vue sur le cirque de Gourette, la forêt en vis-à-vis, terrasse au sud et au calme suffisamment large pour accueillir des vélos. De l'espace à l'intérieur pour séjour en famille. Avons aussi profité de la piscine après les randos. Séjour plébiscité par toute la famille.
