We went to Cape cod to spend time with granddaughter, she was all excited about the swimming pool, Friday afternoon we got to go to pool for 1 hour. There were young hockey players spending weekend there also. Friday night they damaged pool and it was closed for the rest of weekend. Hotel was going to refund half our money but we went third party,reservation. We were hoping that we could get refund from you. So disappointed.,......

The room was clean. When we arrived the TV did not work. When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone, the phone did not work. We went to the front desk and had maintenance show up immediately. The TV needed to be plug in, but the phone was dead, so we told them not to worry, we had cell phones. So basically, all was okay, a little pricey for the stay, but met standards.

The gentleman at the front desk was less than helpful. He made sure I knew he was penalizing me because I booked through expedia and not the hotel itself. Childish when all I asked was to have my room near my sisters room.

Check in was fine gentleman was nice. Room was OK, bathroom has mold needs Tilex. Fridge does not get cold because freezer is totally frozen and needs to be defrosted....Restaurant says they open at 5pm, we even called front desk to confirm they said 5pm. We went down at 5:15.. nothing all dark. New front desk attendant, an older gentleman, very nice, turned on the lights for us, said they should be open in minutes...530 came still nothing. We ended up leaving. Extremely unacceptable to tell us when you open, confirm it then nothing. Inconvenient to say the least. Very disappointing and not satisfied with this stay at all. I hope they get better or I will not return.

This hotel is layed out around an indoor pool which is heated all year around creating a sauna like atmosphere in the entire conplex. Fun if you travel with kids, but we found the chlorine smell overwhelming.

Needs updating, we stayed in the suite that was less updated then standard rooms and not clean/had a bad odor. Pool is the highlight- it’s not actually heated but the room is ridiculously hot - felt like you were in a sauna and hard to breathe unless you were in the pool. Coffee offered all day was good though!
