The property was beautiful - well maintained and gorgeous location. However, I was in a room with a door adjoining the next room. The sound level from the adjoining room was ridiculous. It was partly the family who was there - so loud at 6:45 in the morning and partly the Inn's fault for very little separation between the rooms. You could see light around the door and partcularly under the door. I got little sleep.

Old school hotel complex in a great location overlooking the Sea. Great ambience in the main lodge & dining facilities. Very kid friendly with the main pool swarming with kids. At one point I noticed 8 small kids in the large jacuzzi at one time - unusual for a luxury property. The pool experience & commotion I would consider a negative. The price point was rather expensive as our hotel room was a bit dated & not equivalent to what we experienced at the neighboring Wequassett Resort.
