Staff was courteous. Breakfast was not very good (hot items, including oatmeal). TV system was very poor - the remote was slow to respond and difficult to use, sometimes having to hold down a button for many seconds or repeatedly. The channel guide also was unfriendly.

The bathroom and shower needed to be cleaned a bit better. There is a bit mold in the fan up above the toilet that probably needed to be cleaned. Otherwise everything was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, but wish there was more choices.

I have been in hundreds of hotel rooms. This one was, perhaps, the most intelligently laid out room we've ever stayed in! Between the swiveling TV, kitchenette, bathroom, etc. all perfectly set up. It was clean, quiet, and well appointed.

The room was great and good breakfast. Seems silly to have a charge for parking in Pullman though. The whirlpool was lovely, but the pool was freezing which was very disappointing because it was part of why we chose to stay there.
