Property is beautiful and staff is amazing. Issue is our AC in the room broke down during the night and It didn’t come til next day 10am and it was 34 Celsius or 94 Fahrenheit .

We stayed here in February to celebrate our birthdays and had any amazing time. The staff are beautifully friendly, the property is always clean with staff tending to every area throughout the day. Bedroom was large, bed was very comfy and shower was very good!

Friendly staff with overzealous security. The hotel security is keen to keep the other visitors away but can’t talk in English which led to our child being harassed as he couldn’t speak the local language. Complained to the duty manager who was very apologetic. Security staff need more training so ...
