We were surprised at the quality of room, very warm and large clean bed. Breakfast had every thing required.. Parking was easy The only constructive criticism is ā€œ some painting would make a stay excellent ā€œ Would certainly stay again.

Perfect hotel and location

A lovely hotel with amazing sized rooms with a small seating area outside the bedroom. Parking at the back, breakfast was perfect and the hotel is right in the centre of Rye.

Rye is a lovely town to visit particularly during the scallop festival if you like scallops. Lots of lovely restaurants and pubs and quirky shops to visit. Would highly recommend. Also the lookout hotel very comfortable bed and good breakfast.

The welcome was lovely, Our room was wonderfully Decorated, clean, and warm. We only stayed for 1 night ,but the sleep was quality, as the bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was superb šŸ‘Œ šŸ‘

The hotel all things are excellent in old town. In the bathroom has big bottles of spa scents products. Iā€™m very like it. Breakfast is so delicious and big portions.

Lovely hotel in central Rye , small bar area . Room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Crisp cotton sheets and fluffy white towels. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared.
