Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
1). The property had no air-conditioner. (Box and ceiling fans in 90 degree weather. Not comfortable. 2). The property needs some improvements: Holes in the dining room floor, walls in need of paint job, dirty wash cloths left in downstairs bathroom, no dressers in room to store clothing, no vacuum, no iron and ironing board, furniture is really outdated, exterior of house needs some maintenance, rotten wood around chimney and rear of house. 3). You have to notify the owner of the property if you want food delivered to the residence. Delivery guy was not allowed on premises because there was a password that was needed and wasn’t supplied to us. 4). Started packing up on the day of checkout around 8:30 am. Thank goodness I got everything out of the house. Closed the door and went to go back in my access code was restricted by 9:00 am. Check out was 10:00 am. Me and my family made the best of our stay. This would not be a place that I would visit in the future.
