With a cozy and warm atmosphere, our home features every amenity your group could ask for on a Poconos vacation. We fell in love with this gorgeous home the moment we walked in and we know you will too.

This home features 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full kitchen, multiple living rooms, game room, bar, office, gym, BBQ grill, massive multi-story outdoor deck with hot tub, fire-pit, lakefront access with boats, hammock, and so much more.

This home is meticulously designed to suite a wide range of families and/or groups of all ages.

The front entrance is on the main floor and opens up to the dining room, kitchen, great room, library, and back deck. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with queen bed, ADA accessible full bathroom, and a laundry room -- great for guests with disabilities or those with trouble climbing stairs. Keep in mind, there are other areas that will require guests to climb stairs (basement, backyard, upstairs bedrooms).

The dining room comfortably seats large groups, as do the kitchen dining table and bar island seating areas. The great room features a sofa, recliner, and a gas fireplace to enjoy your afternoons.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite, complete with full bathroom, walk in closet, and even a balcony with chairs and table overlooking the backyard and lake.

Opposite the master suite is bedroom #2 (which features a queen bed), bedroom #3 (full-size bunk beds), bedroom #4 (twin bed with pull out trundle for additional bed), and a full bathroom.

Downstairs there is a large screen smart-TV with a massive wrap around couch, great for watching movies with the whole family. Also on this floor is a bar, gym setup, office area (complete with printer) and an additional couch/TV area with XBOX, Wii, and other video games. In addition to video games you'll find a ping pong table, board games, and balls/toys to play outside.

Step outside from either floor to the massive deck, featuring multiple seating areas, a hot tub, and porch swing. Follow the gated steps downstairs to the back yard where you can sit around the fire pit and make smores, or enjoy a kayak or canoe ride around the lake directly out back.

Located just 1.5 hours from Central NJ or NYC, this home is located in the Blue Mountain Lake community in Easy Stroudsburg, PA. Enjoy a quiet, safe neighborhood complete with gym, pool, playground, and abundant wildlife.

This home is not to be used for parties of any kind. Please treat this home as though your parents live here. Be respectful of our neighbors. Don't leave garbage anywhere. Put things back where you found them. Use the lake at your own risk. Have a great time!
Within 15 minutes of this home you can get to Target, BJ's, Home Depot, numerous restaurants, downtown East Stroudsburg, Kalahari water park, Camelback, Shawnee, Outlet shopping and so much more!

You'll need to be registered to get into the community, so pease be sure to complete the rental registration form at least 5 days prior to checkin to avoid delays at the gate. Your rental comes with up to 12 amenity passes for the pools and courts.

Once in the community you may only park in the driveway. DO NOT part in the street.
