Located in a quiet area and only 4 miles to beach, 5 miles to enjoy all that downtown Falmouth has to offer such as amazing restaurants and shopping and catch the seasonal passenger ferry (Island Queen) over to Martha's Vineyard. Or only 9 miles to Woods Hole ferry that operates on a year round basis. Grocery stores close by as well.
