Great hot tub and pool and nice inn. Room heating system was too hot, had to run fan unit, no discernible control over ventilation system. It was like 3 systems running against each other. Bed was so so. Staff were very nice but inattentive in dining facility. The couple ahead of me at hostess station has been told someone would help them and they hadn't seen anyone again for awhile. I decided not to wait after hearing their experience so I asked front desk for help with to go food for the room. They said they'd place my order for me and call me in 25 mins, never got a call, never got any food. Staff was in disarray. Overall, not great stay.

We were very impressed by Green Mountain Inn. The hotel is very quaint and picturesque, staff is very friendly and helpful, food was amazing, and the town is full of things to do and more places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this quaint Inn. It was perfect ( except for the elevators not working) but really, the stairs made the Inn feel more homey. Both restaurants were fantastic. And we came back one afternoon for tea and cookies, sat in the parlor and played Rummikub for awhile. It was exactly the getaway we needed. Stowe did not disappoint. We skied, went to Ben & Jerry’s, glass blowing and tried the best fresh maple syrup at Nebraska Knoll Sugar Farm. It’s a must!!

Loved our stay here. The inn is in a great part of town and there’s a lot to do around. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was nice but a little too hot to stay in for more than a few mins. The pool was down for maintenance which was unfortunate. Overall the stay was great and will plan to return next year. The shuttle to the mountain and around town is also a huge benefit.

What a wonderful place. Great room great, well maintained grounds and property. Very friendly staff that is really good at what they do. Just the little things that you do not expect but makes your stay great. We will be coming back next year.

Nice hotel, but the room was in an annex, which was quite inconvenient. To access the lobby, fitness center, or other amenities, I had to walk outdoors in -20°C weather. Additionally, there was no room service, and takeout orders were not available—the only dining option was to sit down and eat at the restaurant.

Everything was really nice! ... except the staff making the breakfast was late opening. We were all their wanting to get to the slopes early and all of us waiting had to ring the bell to get someone to finally let us in the dining room and the kitchen staff didn't seem very pleasant. Although the breakfast buffet was pretty good. ... The lady at the counter in the lobby was very nice though! Would definitely stay here again!
