It seems they invested a lot into the lobby but completely neglected the rooms. I was very disappointed. The staff at the front desk were not helpful either.

One of my beds in my room had hair in it. Almost like the bed wasn’t changed and the bathroom had hair all in the shower and on the floor. I’ve stayed here plenty of times before and this is first that this has happened.
