The room itself was excellent. Well located, walkable or close to tram. A couple of minor issues were an unpleasant odor in the hallway and an error with my booking. As well only one elevator was functioning for two days of my stay.

we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room so we talked with the staff and they moved us to another room. it must of had problems or something because it will still hot in the room and the ac barely worked. it also had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. we didn’t want to bother the staff to make us change rooms once more. they were super helpful and the room were clean and comfortable other than those problems.

Eine schöne Atmosphäre, allerdings vermisse ich ein gutes Bircher-Müsli und gute Käseprodukte (Indurstrie-Gouda und Tilsiter (vermutlich nicht Bio) passt nicht in die hochwertige Atmosphäre. Erfreulich ist, dass man auch Hafermilch im Kaffee-Automaten wählen kann. Ob die Produkte regional oder bio sind ist leider nicht transparent.
