I thought it was strange that there was coffee in the room but no water. There wasn't even a refrigerator. Although there was a free parking space nearby, we were directed to the hotel parking lot for 30 euros per day. I was disturbed by this approach. The breakfast was very good.

Broken kettle

A very good stay. Unfortunately we had a broken kettle for the full stay of 10 nights. We informed reception who understood the problem, and it was never replaced or fixed in our entire stay. The cleaner was a friendly guy.

Property was as good as new. Staff friendly and even managed to get an early check in. 5-10 minutes walk from train station and 20 minutes from the main shopping and eating area. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting nd Düsseldorf to give this a try.

Four night stay.

Perfect location for Dusseldorf HBF just a 10 minute walk , stayed here before so knew it was a nice hotel. Room was ideal for us, staff were friendly and helpful, we used the luggage storage room for arriving early and after check out. Breakfast you have a decent choice and you won’t leave hungry. Happy to use this hotel again.
