Location is great, very close to restaurants and stores. Just a short drive to the waterfront to catch the cruise. Front desk was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean but we did notice some disrepair around the hotel. Our thermostat (AC) was stuck on the lowest setting and any time we tried to change it an hour later it would revert back to freezing. The elevator wasn't functioning correctly and we were nervous to use it. We also heard other guests mentioning that they were nervous to use the elevator. Breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to other hotels, but we grabbed a muffin and a coffee to hold us over each morning.

Good Experience
