Idyllically located country house with terrace, parking and attention to detail

The vacation home is nestled between fields and meadows, where fox and hare say good night to each other...Despite the idyllic location, it is a great starting point for bike tours and many sights in the Ruhr area. The transport connections in all directions of the Ruhr area are optimal, therefore also very interesting for business people. Within walking distance you can reach the golf club Röttgersbach, as well as the Revierpark Mattlerbusch for healthy sauna or hiking. The Centro O as well as the Landschaftspark Nord, with numerous events, are in the immediate vicinity. The living space is about 120 sqm and is distributed over two floors. High-quality furnished in country style as well as freshly renovated. On the first floor is the living area with 55 inch flat screen TV, dining table for 4 people, access to the terrace, bedroom 1 with TV, bathroom 1 with ground level shower and open kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with: Nespresso machine (filter coffee maker on request), kettle, toaster, sodastream, fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. If needed, a travel crib can be provided. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with 55 inch flat screen TV and private access into the 2nd shower room. The house is fully equipped with external blinds. It has a terrace with barbecue and dining area, as well as 2 parking spaces. The right half of the house is inhabited, the left half of the house with separate entrance, is for rent.

What a great place to stay at. It is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated, down to the smallest details. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the 'welcome gift'. I would definitely recommend this place!

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Der Aufenthalt über das Wochenende hat sehr gut getan! Die Naturnähe und die kulturellen Angebote (Gasometer-Ausstellung, Industriepark, Tiger and Turtle-Treppe) waren hochinteressant und sehenswert. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekter Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, modernen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für unseren Kleinen waren ein Reisebett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Tolle FeWo und sehr sypathische Vermieter

Wir waren mit 2 Paaren in der wunderschönen und best-ausgestatteten FeWo in Duisburg. Wir haben uns dort absulut wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, es war alles, was wir brauchten, vorhanden - sowohl in der Küche als auch in den Bädern und den Wohnräumen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Bereich, von dem aus man tolle Radtouren auf grünen Strecken zwischen Rhein und Emscher machen kann.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zwischen Duisburg und Oberhausen

Wir waren mit unserer Familie für einen kleinen Ruhrgebietstripp mit Besuch der SPIEL24 im Landhaus. Das Haus hat uns trotz der schönen Fotos im Inserat noch positiv überrascht. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es finden sich sogar diverse gute Kochbücher (von vegetarischer Auswahl bis zu innovativer Fleischverarbeitung) in den Regalen. Einzig die Lage wäre eventuell für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht 100%ig optimal. Man kann zwar fußläufig ein netten Erholungswald am nördlichen Ende Duisburgs erreichen, aber ansonsten ist man auf Autofahrten durchs Ruhrgebiet angewiesen. Hierfür erreicht man aber die A3 angenehm schnell, so dass wir den Messeparkplatz Essen ohne Stau in unter 30 min erreicht hätten. Wer aber einen ruhigen Raum mit Option auf Ruhrgebietstouren sucht, der wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn wir uns nochmal zu viert ins Ruhrgebiet stürzen wollen.

Besser geht es nicht

Über diese Unterkunft gibt es ohne jede Einschränkung nur Gutes zu berichten. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, dennoch kommt man schnell an eine Vielzahl von attraktiven Orten im Ruhrgebiet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich schön und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Hinzu kommen dann noch Gastgeber, die sehr angenehm und herzlich sind.

Wellness für die Seele

Wir durften dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus, gemeinsam mit unseren Freunden über Silvester besuchen. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns im Haus wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die sympathischen Hausherren haben die Unterkunft mit ausgesprochener Liebe zum Datail eingerichtete. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Wunderbar gemütliche Betten, gute Matratzen und wohl duftende Bettwäsche machten die Nächte zum Vergnügen. Die Badezimmer waren ausreichend mit ebenso gut riechenden Handtüchern bestückt. Sogar Föhn und Lockenstab und kleine Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über große 'Netflixfähige' Fernseher. Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Backpapier Frischhaltefolie, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Gewürze, Öl, Salz, Zucker Kaffee und Sodastream... Alles da! Für Packneurotika wie mich der reinste Himmel. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen und Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierkombi. Des Weiteren Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Mixer, Salatschleuder, Besteck, Pfannenwender, Flaschenöffner... wirklich alles vorhanden! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lieferdienste sind in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar. Auch die kurze Fahrzeit zum CentrO oder für einem kurzen Abstecher nach Holland sind wunderbar. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn in Verbindung mit der ruhigen Lage machten dieses Kleinod für uns wirklich zu einem perfekten Anlaufpunkt für eine kurze Auszeit! Herzlichen Dank!

Zu viert haben wir ein Wochenende in Duisburg verbracht und uns dabei für diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung entschieden. Wir waren von Beginn an begeistert. Die Wohnung wirkt frisch modernisiert, sie ist sauber und geschmackvoll mit sehr viel Liebe für's Detail hochwertig eingerichtet und dekoriert, jedoch nicht überladen. Man fühlt sich von Anfang wohl und willkommen. Das Haus befindet sich im Duisburger Norden in einer Sackgasse im Grünen. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im Garten befindet sich sogar ein Grill. Es findet sich alles, was man erwartet und noch viel mehr, wie z.B. Wasserkocher, Kaffeekanne mit Kapseln für mehrere Wochen, Fön und Curler, Spülmaschine, Fernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer, einen Teufel Bluetooth Radio, um nur einige Highlights zu nennen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sympathisch und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Viele Grüße aus Süddeutschland.

Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht um sich zuhause zu fühlen! Die Küche ist übersichtlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank standen schon Mineralwasser und Eiswürfel für uns parat. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind großzügig und sehr bequem und lassen sich in ruhiger /ungestörter Lage herrlich genießen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!
