Idyllically located country house with terrace, parking and attention to detail

The vacation home is nestled between fields and meadows, where fox and hare say good night to each other...Despite the idyllic location, it is a great starting point for bike tours and many sights in the Ruhr area. The transport connections in all directions of the Ruhr area are optimal, therefore also very interesting for business people. Within walking distance you can reach the golf club Röttgersbach, as well as the Revierpark Mattlerbusch for healthy sauna or hiking. The Centro O as well as the Landschaftspark Nord, with numerous events, are in the immediate vicinity. The living space is about 120 sqm and is distributed over two floors. High-quality furnished in country style as well as freshly renovated. On the first floor is the living area with 55 inch flat screen TV, dining table for 4 people, access to the terrace, bedroom 1 with TV, bathroom 1 with ground level shower and open kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with: Nespresso machine (filter coffee maker on request), kettle, toaster, sodastream, fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. If needed, a travel crib can be provided. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with 55 inch flat screen TV and private access into the 2nd shower room. The house is fully equipped with external blinds. It has a terrace with barbecue and dining area, as well as 2 parking spaces. The right half of the house is inhabited, the left half of the house with separate entrance, is for rent.
