This 1,800 square foot loft has tons of room, in a safe neighborhood, with easy access to everything. You`ll love the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Features 2 bedrooms, each with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, in-unit laundry & super-fast internet! Free on-street parking. Enjoy restaurants, a brewery, ice-cream shop, retail shops, a cute park, and family activities like Creative Adventure Lab and the River Museum, all within a short walk.
This loft, known as the `Queen Liz` has 2 private bedrooms (including a master suite with full large walk-in shower) and a spacious kitchen, dining, living area. Creature comforts include a 65` smart tv with retro gaming system and DVD player and popular movies to pick from. Soaring ceilings up to 16` and explosed beams and bricks add to the sense of space and luxury. Thoughtful touches like a kitchen stocked with dining & cookware, modern furnishings, and plush linens make this space feel like home.
You might not ever leave the loft, but if you do, there are tons of walkable amenities, free on-street parking all around the building, and you`re just a short drive to everything you can`t walk to. The Queen Liz is located in a safe neighborhood just off the lower main entertainment district, so you`re near (but not stuck in the middle) of nightlife.
