This was our 1st stay at the Dubuque Inn & Suites. The check-in process was very seamless and quick. The hotel receptionist was very curious and friendly. The free breakfast was nothing special, but sufficient for us.

clean room. Hotel is painting and updating the rooms and lobby. Disappointed the pool had no water in it. That was the main reason we stayed there.

Staff was very friendly. Our rooms bath was recently painted and the bathroom was not cleaned, tape and covers still in the tub. Alerted the front desk. She said she would let her manager know. Otherwise everything was fine.

The room was clean but seemed crowded with furniture. The room itself looked unfinished. The corner area where the fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron and hair dryer were stacked looked like an afterthought and unfinished. The entry to the room was very narrow and long. The access area around the bed was tight. If a person was sitting at the end of the bed the other person could not easily pass. I would not want to stay in this room next time I visit Dubuque.
