Hotel is average and could use some updating. Terrible experience once we arrived. We got into our room and the smoke detector beeped every 30 seconds. It was already 1030 at night and my son had important event in the morning. I went to call front desk and the phone was pulled out of the wall and not working. I used my cell to call hotel and got in touch with fron desk who said maintenance would come fix alarm. Well hour passed and they never showed up so I walked to front desk and was greeded by 2 unpleasant women. They said they tried to call the room, well remember we had no working phone in room. I asked to check out and I would find somewhere else to stay. First they we ok with that then I asked for receipt showing no charges. She printed out receipt and I thought I was on my way. I started walking out and was reading receipt at same time and saw they were going to charge me for all 3 nights. I immediately turned around and said you were going to have me walk out knowing you lied and were going to charge me for 3 nights? She said "yes" and said she wasn't authorized to cancel and refund. This went back and forth and going no where. Finally, she had me call Expedia to get authorization to cancel. Well I got inbtouch with Expedia whom called the front desk while I was standing there. Well the 2 women had walked outside to smoke while the phone rang and rang. Eventually I got another room in the hotel for the night since it was 12 30 in the morning.

Good Experience

The hotel was a one night stay on our holiday. A very clean, well-appointed room. Our granddaughters loved the pool. Wonderful staff.

A lot of walking for someone who is mobility impaired. Staff loaned us a wheelchair which was very much appreciated.

The room was roomy, quiet, clean, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and very helpful.They greeted us each time that we returned and asked if they could be of assistance. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right. The breakfast buffet was a lovely start to each day. The price was reasonable.
