Front desk staff was rude on Christmas. There was a line of guests complaining about the new public space rules which are unclear and randomly enforced. Many people in our group canceled their reservations. Will not visit again.

Rooms are always outstanding along with the staff who makes sure our stay was amazing. We always book 2 rooms so grandkids can stay with us for quality time while visiting. They love the breakfast which cannot be better. Just fantastic food. Again, staff is so accommodating and just a joy. We will be back again since we only stay at Best Western Plus in Dubuque.
