From the moment we arrived, our experience at Shangri-La Dubai was nothing short of outstanding. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk and concierge to the Horizon Lounge servers, breakfast buffet team, and housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and consistent kindness made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.
The food was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented across the board. Whether it was the elegant offerings in the Horizon Lounge or the wide variety at the breakfast buffet, every meal was a treat.
