The front desk staff a young lady was very courteous, the rooms are okay nothing too fancy for what you pay for, the cleanliness was not to detail could do a bit better in the bathroom. Oh and the walls are very thin I could literally hear people in the next room on their phones or watching tv as if they were in my room, and lastly the breakfast was good.

There was a party in the conference room and the music was extremely loud and could be heard in our room. We had to turn the TV up a bit. We were here for a medical emergency and just want to be able to rest in our room before we had to go back to the hospital. The music ended somewhere around 9p/10p or so, thankfully.

The only thing we would say needs attention is the mattress on the pullout. It has lots of old stains on it, but otherwise everything was very nice! Overall- it was a good experience!

Housekeeping ignored my room and only made up my bed 1 day out of 5. Front desk staff were unavailable when I checked out early and never even answered the bell. Housekeeper actually removed dirty towels one day without replacing them and left bed unmade.
