Staff were very nice, checkin was easy and efficient with convenient parking. I stayed in a superior room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and fresh, but the mattress was very low grade and uncomfortable…not a good sleep 😪. And unfortunately the (Roku) TV didn’t work. It could have just been an issue with the room I was staying in. That said, I WOULD go back again as it’s a very convenient location when travelling, I would just request a room with a newer mattress and a TV that works.

We stayed at this hotel twice – once on the way to Niagara Falls and once on the way back. Each time we had a different room, and the experience was not the same. Room 116 felt poorly maintained: the walls and canopy were visibly dirty, and the blanket had stains on the underside. This made the stay uncomfortable. Room 105, on the other hand, was clean, fresh, and much more pleasant. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside, offers parking, and provides useful amenities like a kettle, microwave, and small fridge (though in both rooms the fridge was full of ice). Hot water, shower, and bath worked well, and towels were provided. For a budget hotel, it offers the basics, but consistency matters. Even at a lower price, guests should be able to rely on a clean and comfortable room. If all rooms were maintained like 105, the overall impression would be much better.

Great location right off the trans Canada highway, large spacious room. Check in was quick and easy Alain explained about breakfast , parking and where are room was located. Great price for a great large room and outdoor patio. The room was clean and large grass area behind the hotel to walk your dog. I would stay here again if travelling through the area.

Good plans and fair price.

The room, the staff were very friendly. we had two dogs - no problem, there is a field behind the hotel. Close to highway. stores. restaurants, etc. Reasonable price Room coffee was good and breakfast was included.

Sink did not drain. Toilet not attached to floor (it tips). Toilet area is extremely tight. Bathtub floor excessively spongy. Water stinks. Furniture is good. Overpowering disinfectant smell upon first entering the room. Only one window with no screen so can't air out the room. No exhaust fan. Room definitely shows its age. We will not return.
