The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you to Corey for helping me at check in after some confusion with the booking company. Although we loved the indoor pool, the water was extremely cold. We might as well have been taking an ice bath. The only complaint I have to make is that there was only 1 working elevator and the lighting outside in the parking area was almost non existent. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the Lounge had plenty of options to choose from.
