Ottimo soggiorno in una località turistica affascinante per il mare e il relax. Casa curata nei minimi dettagli a circa 2 km dalle spiaggia di SuGiudeo,pulizia immobile ottima, come ottimi sono anche gli interni della casa curati nei minimi dettagli.

Belle annonce précise et exacte , très bel accueil , on se sentait en confiance avec Isa & Mariana

Appartement spacieux , très chouette avec sa grande terrasse couverte bien ventilée , parfaitement équipé ( tout marchait bien ) et bien confortable ( literie , clim , douche...) Bien situé , restos & superette à pied , belle vue sur la montagne et plages à 5 minutes de voiture . De plus , environnement très calme et superbe temps . Ces 8 jours à Chia ont été un régal , on recommande à fond pour qui recherche plus la tranquillité que l ' animation . Merci pour cette location .

Rather small but functional apartment. We had all our meals on the larger veranda. Short walk to supermarket and restaurant. Short driving distance to the best beaches of Sardegna. Easy to keep contact with the host and quick and good replies when needed. Thanks for a wonderful week.

affittiamo appartamenti per le vacanze in Sardegna da parecchi anni e l'appartamento di Maria Luisa è senza dubbio uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto. Ha tutto quanto si possa chiedere: arredamento nuovo e curatissimo (climatizzazione in tutte le stanze), dotazioni di cucina complete, una terrazza fresca in ogni ora del giorno, zona vicina alle spiagge ma tranquillissima, un'accoglienza deliziosa... Grazie di tutto!

La posizione centralissa a Chia, l'arredamento moderne, ma con un tocco sardo. Ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole girare le varie spiagge. entusiasti è dire poco

Casa posizionata in zona tranquilla vicina a tutte le più belle spiagge, dotata di tutto il necessario e molto di più ( zanzariere, condizionatori, lavatrice, due televisioni satellitari, terrazzo dove pranzare, barbecue in muratura, parcheggio privato ). A piedi si possono raggiungere il supermercato e i migliori ristoranti della zona ( Giorgio, Mirage...ecc ). Isa attentissima ed efficientissima per tutte le necessità. E' il secondo anno che soggiorniamo quì e speriamo di tornare anche il prossimo.

Posizione tranquilla ma vicina alle spiagge, bellissimo portico con caminetto dove iniziare la giornata e aspettare il tramonto la sera, godendo un silenzio sorprendente. Cucina completa di tutto e con due posti letto, elegante camera matrimoniale e ampio bagno con doccia e lavanderia esterna. Tutto nuovo o recentissimo. L'unico limite è la distanza dal mare, raggiungibile 2 minuti in auto o 15 a piedi, ma ripagato dal comfort e dalla quiete

un anglo MAGNIFICO di Sardegna.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito molto bello e pratico. composto da terrazza per mangiare fuori, zona giorno con angolo cottura. Bagno ampio e pulito, adiacente piccolo terrazzino molto utile per stendere biancheria. Camera da letto. aria condizionata nelle due zone (giorno e notte) Adatto a famiglie per 3/4 persone. Molto vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona. (strategico) Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Un ringraziamento a Maria Luisa e Marianna per la loro disponibilità e accoglienza. Suggeriamo vivamente questo appartamento per chi volesse soggiornare nella zona.

Tutto superlativo!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di puro relax in questa magnifica località ospiti di Isa : appartamento accogliente e tranquillo , dotato di tutto quello che si può desiderare . E che dire del mare di Chia! ... la bandiera blu se la merita eccome !!!

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione ed è fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza confortevole. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era in ordine (compresa la spesa per la colazione della mattina seguente) e pulito. Lo consigliamo e se dovessimo tornare in vacanza a Chia lo sceglieremo nuovamente .
