I had messed up my reservation through Expedia. I contacted Expedia to help in correcting it. The agent told me they contacted the hotel and all was now good. When I got to the hotel, the attendant said Expedia had not contacted them, I had been charged for the incorrect reservation and now had to book again for a second night. They couldn’t help me with the incorrect booking since it had already been paid. The Expedia agent simply lied to me and had not resolved anything with the hotel. In future, I’ll use Expedia to search but when I find what I need, I’ll book it directly. Can’t trust Expedia to help. Lying is simply unacceptable!!!

Thought Wyndham Hotels had higher standards

Reception staff were great. Hotel lobby was very clean and up-dated. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was digusting. Wallpaper peeling away in multiple spots. Possible mold or mildew in bathtub. Bathroom was badly in need of renovation.

My bed looked like it was slept in , house keeping left room messy , pillows were just thrown on bed . I went to the front desk and made them give me a different room . That rooms bed wasn’t as bad but it looked rushed and thrown together . I will not be staying at your hotels again
