Great stay with beautiful and comfortable rooms Staff all very helpful The promotion of country walks, which was the main reason for the booking 6 walks were recommended by the helpful staff And that is where it finished, absolutely no signage To help in finding the walking track very poor track location sheets it almost appeared that management were mainly interested in the golfing fraternity which I would recommend to any golfer BUT if A walker wanting to enjoy what the country side offers then forget it their is much better Even the local pub would be more helpful

Second stay at Bovey Castle. Bovey is exceptional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with lovely extras. Staff courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Food delicious. Brasserie or Restaurant very special. Activities enjoyed golf, fly fishing and birds of prey demonstration. Valet arranged car wash. Highly recommend.
