The hot tub was very cold! One of the reasons i picked this place was because they had a hot tub. The guy doing our check in was not very personable. Seemed to be "bothered" when anyone was asking for help or for change to play the pool table or claw machines.They needed my license plate number for their paperwork after saying I'm parked in the handicap parking and i have knee and hip issues they put me in a room on the 2nd floor.I asked where the elevator is and he said we only have stairs.OK,fine i can make this work l,i thought,but then i get to my room and the keys don't work so back down the stairs i had to go to get them fixed.The next day i left for a few hours came back around 1pm, went to my room and my keys didn't work again! So back down the stairs i go again. This time they checked someone else out wrong and my keys/ room were part of that issue. Completely horrible and ridiculous that there isn't an elevator if you're going to put people on the 2nd floor if they have handicaps. Feedback options above won't let me select "other" to enter in other issue like the key problems, the hot tub problems, the very few(usually only 2 to 4 if any)to no pool towels were placed on the towel rack for people to use.The room itself was super cold, heater was set to off and read 60° room temperature, if you know you're renting that room out at least turn the heat on in the winter.Upon check out,I explained everything the manager and he had no idea the hot tub wasn't working.
