Design of the door, however, has need of better weatherstripping as the crack between bottom of door and threshold was about 3/8 of an inch, letting in light and sounds from the hall, into the room. The cracks around the door made the room feel less private. Rm 203

Courteous staff, super clean room and lobby, adequate parking are the positive aspects. I think the room price is a bit high, the snacks are way too much, and the breakfast is not included, nor is coffee! My room had a coffee/tea maker on the counter that did the trick. Selection of TV programs or movies is abysmal, unless you already subscribe to some streaming services at home. As it turns out my room did not have a microwave, but it had a refrigerator- still a microwave is available in the downstairs lounge area for public use.

Convenient location with friendly, hard working staff. The common areas are modern and well appointed: lobby, restaurant, fitness center, pool, banquet rooms. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping staff was great However the rooms are dark and the lighting is poor. The bathrooms are very dated: old tub, visible wear on wall paper, baseboards, flooring. etc. Definitely needs some work. Breakfast buffet is mediocre.
