Clean, comfortable room, great location, across street from Tobu bus line for Nikko World heritage site, and the lake/waterfall. Also, across street from JR and Tobu Train Stations.

Annex Turtle HOTORI-AN
Very comfortable stay on the futon - it was lovely to hear the waterfalls from our room. Location was lovely - bit of a walk from the main town of Nikko, but it was fine for us! The staff were charming and so helpful.

For a supposed 2 star rated hotel was well above that, on par with 3 star anywhere in Australia. Room was very comforable and bed was biggest I have ever slept in, could have fitted 4 people easy.

Room was tatami, very traditional. My spouse loved sleeping on the tatami mats and she especially loved the yukkata and the onsen. The buffet dinner and breakfast were the best ever!
